“Client Select”
Your company recruits and interviews applicants; Staffworks™ conducts reference screening and skills evaluation (if needed), then assigns employees to your workplace. You are welcome to hire applicants at any time.

Temp To Hire
This option allows your company to evaluate a candidate on-the-job prior to hiring. Staffworks™ handles recruitment, interviews, evaluation of skills, reference checks, and pre-employment orientation, and then places candidates at your firm. You are welcome to hire candidates after they complete 480 consecutive hours as Staffworks™ employees.

Placement Division

With our Direct Placement option, Staffworks™ performs as an employment agency, recruiting, evaluating, and screening applicants for positions at your firm, thereby saving you the considerable investment of time and resources in conducting your own search.

Staffworks™ handles:

  • Recruitment
  • Initial interview
  • Skills evaluation
  • Reference checks

We then schedule the applicant for an interview by your firm. If selected, the candidate would be your company’s employee.

Cost
Staffworks™ will receive a percentage of the annual salary for the position.

Guarantee
Staffworks™ guarantees the placement for 30 days. If the candidate should resign during that period, a replacement will be found at no additional cost.
