Staffworks Fund Awards $250,000 Challenge Grant

Susquehanna SPCA Board President Gaylord Dillingham, Staffworks President Anita A. Vitullo and Susquehanna SPCA Executive Director Stacie Haynes.

Staffworks President, Anita A. Vitullo announced a $250,000 pledge from the Staffworks Fund for the Susquehanna SPCA $2 million SHELTER US capital campaign.

Staffworks delivers 40 years of experience with the largest staffing services coverage in Central New York. Nine offices provide temporary staff and direct placement for regional and national clients in areas such as clerical, legal, finance, customer service, distribution centers, manufacturing, technical, IT, health care and management.

Staffworks profits support at-risk animals and the organizations that care for them in the communities we serve. Funding is provided through the Staffworks Fund with $13,000,000 managed at The Community Foundation of Herkimer & Oneida Counties.

With the Staffworks Fund Challenge Grant, every new cash gift or multiple-year pledge made to the Susquehanna shelter through October 1 will be matched up to a total of $250,000.

The Staffworks Fund challenge – once met – will generate $500,000 toward construction of a new campus that will include a new, state-of-the-art animal shelter and thrift store.
